Arthritis in the UK.Could this be Cpn?

Hi GuysNot sure if this should be a blog post rather than a forum entry, but I do have some questions and I figured a blog would be more appropriate when/if I jump aboard the Cpn wagon.So about three years ago I started getting arthritis in my knees - came on real sudden and within a month I could barely walk. Up till that point I had a real healthy lifestyle - lots of good organic fruit and veg, no dairy/gluten, looooads of exercise: swimming, walking and cycling daily.

Hi Rhedd and welcome to the site,I take it that by bog standard you mean oesteo. There is also psoriatic which I have as well a s MS. The answer is yes we all believe that cpn causes lots of ailments. If you look at the getting started bit you will see that NAC is the first thing for you to take. I'm sure you will get lots of advice by private message.

So happy you found us, RheddHere is another whose arthritis is completely gone after several years on abx, treating MS. It was entirely unexpected, and my doctor is now saying that we have to look into arthritis being caused by a bug - duh, I say! There is probably no one here who will say this is easy but, as far as I know - including me - will tell you it is so worth it. I hope you will begin today - start with NAC and Vit D and other supplements.Rica
3/9 Symptoms returning. Began 5 abx protocol 5/9 Rifampin 600, Amox 1000, Doxy 200, MWF Azith 250, flagyl 1000 daily. Began Sept 04 PPMS EDSS 6.7 Now good days EDSS 1 Mind, like parachute, work only when open. Charlie Chan In for the duration.&am

Hello Rhedd, there are several people here who have found that there athritis cleared up after doing CAP, one of which was my husband, David Wheldon, who started treatment initially for cardio reasons, but then also found that the arthritic pain he had been suffering from snce his late teenage years, simply vanished.Specialists on C pn are rather thin on the ground, especiallly in this country, but there is so much information on this site that treating yourself is a distinct possibility. I have addresses but they might be a bit out of date, so in the first instance I will leave it to somebody else to give you addresses more up to date: calling Supaguy!!In the meantime, read all you can here about the treatment, including the necessary supplemens needed.........................Sarah
Completed Stratton/Wheldon regime for aggressive secondary progressive MS in June 2007, after four years, three of which intermittent. Still improving bit by bit and no relapses since finishing treatment.
