Anybody had swollen glands as their nemesis?
At the risk of hogging the blog, I am also curious about this. I have been battling painful glands in my neck (not thyroid glands) that are one of my most obvious irritations. Oddly, docs say they can't feel swelling, yet it's my glands that are one of my most obvious barometers of how my health is swinging. Does anyone else experience this?

Have you been tested for bartonella? Swollen glands are a part of the presentation of this bug.
Hope this helps,

Swollen Glands
I have had swollen lymph nodes throughout my body from ankles upwards following a viral infection 1993; thereafter I lost more than half my energy levels. Presumably that was the beginning of my Lyme story. Then in 1995 following acute bronchitis, I lost 95% of my original energy levels. Lyme got going along with Hypothyroidism, & for many years, most of the time I had sore neck glands (accompanied by sore throat & frequent coughing) but not sufficiently swollen to interest any National Health Service (NHS) medic here in UK. You have to have golf ball size minimum before they'd investigate!
