Acai, super food?
As an Internet-savvy geek, I frequently surf around and see mention of Acai in various places. Usually, it's mention of it's weight loss attributes but sometimes it's also the energy it supposedly gives, as well as how it is one of the best or the best anti-oxidant. I have no idea what to believe. What I'm wondering is are any of these claims legit and whether someone here has tried it? In addition, I'm wondering if anyone would know whether or not it's safe to use while on the CAP?
